It takes a Village to raise a child.
Our Program
The Village is a non-profit childcare and preschool center
located in the heart of California, PA.
We provide nationally accredited
care and education from six weeks to school-age.
Not only do we offer the best early childhood education in the Mon
Valley, but we also offer full scholarships to the children of single
parents diligently furthering their education. Scholarships are also
available for Rutledge Institute students.
After all, it takes a village.
The Village and Rutledge Institute have been reaccredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) through December 1, 2026.
